The Regent Theatre will go to auction on April 15.
The Property Shop principal Hugh Bateman confirmed this week that the owner was determined to sell the property.
The auction will be held at The Property Shop’s auction rooms.
Owner Peter Freedman purchased The Regent in 2007, but announced the sale last month, saying he had been unable to find someone to lease and manage the venue.
