On December 4, 2013, Anthony Stackpool of Cox Street, Mudgee, was sentenced to 100 hours community service for the charge of ‘Drive recklessly/furiously or speed/manner dangerous’.
In January this year he was asked to be removed from the organisation that was hosting his community service for alleged poor conduct.
It was also alleged that he hadn’t made sufficient contact with Probation and Parole Services.
Stackpool has been re-listed in Mudgee Local Court on Wednesday, August 6, 2014, and must appear.
