Minor premiers Magpies took bragging rights when they last met in the major semi-final but with two hugely talented teams going head-to-head, Sing is expecting it to be the match of the day.
"I think it's going to be a really good game, a real highlight because they're two very good under-18s sides and it should be close," he said.
"We put that (last loss) to bed, haven't dwelled on it too much, we weren't at our best and we haven't really been at our best against Forbes all year and that's probably down to Forbes playing well because they're a very good side with a very good coach."
Sing, whose son Marshall will be a key figure in the match, has been around the majority of the current squad since their time in under-10s and the coach said Marshall and the rest of the team are ready for the opportunity to win what would be a special title.
"He's (Marshall) pumped up, this is his third year in the 18s and he won the last two so it's a challenge because you don't get to win three very often," he said.
"It's special to me because I've come through with a lot of these players from the under-10s and this is our last year of the juniors.
"It would be special to get a win with this playing group because they're all great kids and a pleasure to be around."
While both sides possess classy halves and explosive backs, the battle up front is shaping as a key area but with the likes of Jake Hall, Ben Conroy and Kaide Ellis at his disposal, Sing is backing his side to take it to the Magpies.
"We've got the talent to win the game but it's just about having to control the football and put the pressure on them," he said.
"We've got a good pack and I think they beat us in the forwards last time and I've been using that to motivate our forwards during the week, they've got to get on top."
