About 11.15am on Tuesday, an 84-year-old Kandos woman has suffered serious injuries following a two vehicle collision at the intersection of Bylong Valley Way and Mead Streets, Clandulla.

The woman was treated at the scene and taken by rescue helicopter to a hospital in Sydney.
The driver of the second vehicle sustained minor injuries and was taken to Mudgee District Hospital.
