The announcement was made by NSW Premier Mike Baird.
Member for Orange Andrew Gee said more than 1500 projects across the state received funding.
“There was a strong level of interest from the community for the available funds, with almost 3000 applications received across NSW,” Mr Gee said.
“Projects in Mudgee and Gulgong range from $10,000 to $6000 and will see community infrastructure improved as well as encouraging the enhancement of local community based activities that create more vibrant and inclusive communities.
“Local businesses and construction jobs will also be supported which is a welcome boost in improving local investment in the community.
“I look forward to seeing the benefits to our communities as projects are undertaken and put into use across the electorate.”
