There were mini-Wiggles everywhere at Parklands Resort on Wednesday as hundreds of preschool-aged children and their parents danced, sang, and wiggled their way through The Wiggles Rock and Roll Preschool tour.

Emma, Lachy, Simon and Anthony wowed the crowd for more than an hour with songs including Wags the Dog, Fruit Salad Yummy Yummy, Who’s in the Wiggle House, I Went to the Library, Shake Our Sillies Out, and Point Your Fingers and Do the Twist.
The Rock and Roll Preschool Tour is based on The Wiggles most recent CD release, Rock and Roll Preschool.
The foursome have created over 20 new songs that will top the charts in every home – even moreso now that the little ones have seen their music idols in person. The Wiggles performed That’s the Sound of Rock and Roll, Wake Up!, and Dance with Emma for the Mudgee crowd on top of their much loved favourites.
Along with their good friends, Dorothy the Dinosaur, Captain Feathersword, Wags the Dog and Henry the Octopus, The Wiggles had the crowd up on their feet for most of the show and the starstuck faces of their little audience members could be seen from across the room.
Yellow Wiggle Emma was a favourite among the young girls in the audience, with yellow skivvies and big yellow bows popping out from the crowd in a number of places.
There were a few Wags the Dogs, a small version of Lachy, two Simon’s, and a very cute Captain Feathersword in the audience as well.
Wednesday was the second time The Wiggles had toured to Mudgee in the same number of years, with the Apples and Bananas tour in 2014 selling out Parklands in a matter of days.
The Rock and Roll Preschool tour is the second tour for the new Wiggles line up Anthony Field, Emma Watkins, Simon Pryce, and Lachlan Gillespie.
