With entries from the Hunter, Central Coast, Sydney, the South Coast and all across the Central West the showground was alive with dog breeders and their fabulous breeds of dogs of all types.
One of the highlights for youngsters was the cuddly toy competition held at around midday on Saturday. Kids brought their toys and paraded them in the ring and everyone received a ribbon and a prize afterwards.
Club president Klaus Keck and his committee of six were joined by a few others to help erect the mammoth infrastructure needed for the show. Rotary were also on hand with their barbecue and chipped in with some help as well.
“It was a nice combined community effort,” Mr Keck said.
