The event brings hundreds of people to town and a huge variety of dog breeds from across NSW and beyond. 

The Rylstone-Kandos & District Dog Club is pleased to present this annual event which attracts a significant number of visitors to the area, and we look forward to seeing as many people from the community come down to see some of the best show dogs in the country.

Competition this year is expected to be robust, The judges will face a very difficult task sorting out the winners in each of category. Organiser, Sarah Gaffikin says everyone is more than welcome to come along and see the many breeds of dogs strutting their stuff.

“Call in and have a look. Entry is free and if you’re thinking of getting a dog sometime this is a perfect opportunity to see the diverse range of dogs available.

“On Saturday morning at around 12.30pm we have a Christmas in July theme. This is great fun for all the kids. It is for all local children up to 10 years of age.

“The children are invited to bring their favourite soft toy to be judged in our traditional Stuffed Toy Competition. Ribbons will be won by all soft toys.”
