The Kandos side was full of running from the kick off with some decisive raids into the CSU defence being rewarded with the first try to Mel Battersby after a determined run to the line.
One long break was stopped by the 70m chase of Tamara Battersby who made the saving tag.
Kandos was rewarded for the defensive efforts and their strong attack with further tries to Georgie Whitfield, Lana Geitzmann, Clare Warton and Emma Keeley.
There were attacking raids by the Kandos side that went begging in the second half due to lack of support or ball handling.
The Kandos defence maintained its high standard, with Jess Hundy reeling off five consecutive tags in one set of six.
Mel Battersby again crossed the line after a great lead up and jagging run to the line.
Mel is starting to show her importance in the role of playmaker to the Tiaras and is a handful for the opposition teams.
The last try to the Tiaras was arguably their best with a team back line movement that saw Tamara Battersby back up on a run around, and pass to Erin Cooper to score .
Coach Craig Parsons said, “with wins like this, it shows what a good committed team can achieve with a constant effort, and now to be sitting third on the ladder has us expecting a semi final berth in our inaugural year”.
