Mudgee Touch spokesman Ben Harris said the second lot of trials would be used to make some tough decisions.
"Teams have not been finalised so players have another opportunity to show the selectors and coaches what they have got," Harris said.
The trials will be held on Sunday, September 4 from 3-5pm at Glen Willow.
Team registration for the 2016-17 season closes on Friday, September 2.
"We have quite a number of teams already but there are a few from last season that have yet to register. They need to register if they want to play in either our men, women, mixed or junior competitions," Harris said.
