Residents are advised that pre-poll voting in the Mid-Western Regional Council Election has opened.

The election will be held on Saturday, 10 September, however pre-poll voting is available until September 9 at St Johns Anglican Hall in Mudgee, 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturdays.
Residents can alsolodge their pre-poll vote at Mid-Western Regional Council’s Gulgong and Rylstone offices between September 7 and 9 from 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Voting is compulsory for all residents of the Mid-Western Regional Local Government Area (LGA) who are registered on the electoral roll.
While there is no absentee voting in Local Government Elections, residents can lodge a postal vote prior to the election if they will not be in the Mid-Western Regional LGA on polling day.
