Under the direction of Dr Imogen Coward, the Sydney-based chamber orchestra and vocal ensemble will perform instrumental and vocal music including selections from Vivaldi’s Summer from the Four Seasons and Handel’s Water Music Suite, and music by Mozart and Purcell. The musicians performed in Mudgee last year and were thrilled to be invited to return.
The Camerata uses profits from their concerts to support the Don Spencer Australian Children’s Music Foundation, which provides musical instruments and teachers to disadvantaged schools and juvenile justice centres.
The concert will begin at 2.30pm and finish around an hour later.
Tickets are available at the door (cash sales only), or may be booked via email, at info@CamerataAntipodes.com.au, or by phoning 0459 577 110 (between 6 - 9 pm). Tickets are $30 adult, $25 concession, and $20 child.
