The Bitter Sweethearts, Richard Perso, Legless Pedestrians, One Proud Monkey, Davesway and The Cotton Thieves, Civil Hands, Haleigh Hing and Paulie Hausier will entertain the crowd on a stage overlooking the picturesque Dunedoo Golf Course on Saturday, November 12.
The Bitter Sweethearts, an Irish-Australian rock band originally from Melbourne and now based in Sydney's inner west, play guitar-fuelled rock that draws inspiration from Thin Lizzy, The Dubliners, Airbourne and The Darkness.
Since hitting the road in 2015, the band has had their singles, The End and Guinness is Thicker Than Blood, played everywhere from Bendigo to Brisbane.
They have played opening slots with Aussie rock heroes Buffalo, Sarah McLeod, and The Cassanovas, as well as US juggernaut Supersuckers.
Civil Hands, a five-piece indie rock band based in Dubbo, performs original music inspired by the melodies of REM, the reflective storytelling of The National and Shearwater, and the indie sounds of Snow Patrol and Of Monsters and Men.
Dubbo's solo artist, Dave Daly (Davesway), known for his earthy Aussie folk music, has had his songs given a new twist by The Cotton Thieves.
Dave is joined by Brad Purcell on drums, Shane Saffy on bass and beautiful vocals by Lizzy Sutton to produce a modern foot-stamping folk sound.
Richard Perso has performed at innumerable music festivals throughout Australia, as well as in the USA and Canada.
He has recorded and performed in New York and has a dedicated following on the Blues and Roots circuit.
Tunes on the Turf will kick off at 12 noon and continue until midnight.
Food will be available from a range of stalls, and drinks, including boutique beers, can be purchased onsite at Dunedoo Sports Club.
Entry is $20 a head, payable at the gate.
Tickets can also be purchased online at www.tunesontheturf.com.
