Mudgee Cancer Support and Friends will be holding their annual Pink Ribbon Day stall in In Moufarrige Mall near St George on  Friday, October 21, from 9am. Penny Bears $10, Diamante Pins $10, Enamel Pins $5  and other items from $3. All proceeds go to the Cancer Council.

Kanandah Card Party

The next Kanandah Card Party will be held on Friday, October 21, at the rear of The Stables complex, 1.30pm start. $5 entry.  Lucky door prize and raffle. Afternoon tea provided.  Please bring your own tables.

Old Time New Vogue Dance

An Old Time New Vogue Dance in aid of the Baird Institute for Heart and Lung Surgical Research will be held at the Gulgong Bowling Club on June 26.   Dance lessons held from noon to 1pm.  $5 each.  The dance will be held from 1pm to 5pm.  $10 admission. Blessing of the Animals

A special ecumenical service will be held in the grounds of St Mary’s Catholic Church in Mudgee on Sunday, October 30, at 10.30am  in celebration of St Francis of Assisi, Patron Saint of Animals. Bring your pet along to be blessed.  All welcome. Sausage sizzle by donation and drinks will be available.
