Family First Credit Union has once again presented the Mudgee Rescue Squad with a donation of $1,932.86 to go towards the continued running of the squad, and the supply of new equipment.

The VRA has been keeping people safe as a specialist rescue unit since 1975, and as a volunteer program relies on the work of the tireless members in the community, as well as support in the form of donations.
The group operates as a safety program, and will assist in situations like serious motor vehicle accidents.
Family First has always made sure they have a hand in supporting community efforts, and this donation is part of their annual contributions that have included Riding for the Disabled, Mudgee Playgroup and Mudgee Hospital Auxiliary, to name just a few.
