Consisting of a 108 players representing those teams, the squads battle it out through performances throughout the week to strive for the coveted Speed Golf jacket and trophy.
The competition is already well underway, with week 2 wrapping up last weekend, and with two weeks of results under their belts the standings are beginning to shape up.
Brett Paulson was the top seed for the first week of the comp, taking out 26 points for his team – Blue Balls.
Sunday Slogger’s Lindy Druitt (23 points) and Skeeta’s Mob’s Steve Bowlay (21 points) came in as runners-up for the opening week.
Wild Thing came roaring to the forefront in Week 2 however, with 23 points for Des Quilty and 21 for Michelle Baguley pushing the team to 126.
That put them two points clear above Blue Balls, who themselves were only four points safe of Not Much Chop, and leaving the top of the table tight heading into the third week.
A reminder that all nomination fees must be paid before next Monday and for players to register their email addresses with the Pro Shop before closing date.
