Tania Louise Peppernell of Woodside Close, Mudgee, was fined a total of $1200 and disqualified for six months followed by a 24-month interlock period.
On November 26, 2016, police received a number of calls about an intoxicated driver in Winter Street.
They arrived to see the vehicle having mounted the gutter and hit a small tree.
A witness told police that Peppernell had been driving all over the road and onto front lawns.
Peppernell was uncooperative with police and refused to take a breath test, she was arrested and her behaviour continued on the way to the police station.
At the police station she charged at officers and grabbed and pulled their shirts and hair.
