A third sequence of ‘Hinder working of mining equipment’ was added prior to Wednesday.
The trio weren’t before court on Wednesday having previously been excused if legally represented, their matter was mentioned by legal-aid solicitor Ms Bown as agent for the Environment Defenders Office.
The case was adjourned for mention in Mudgee Local Court on Wednesday, August 9, 2017.
The protest followed the Planning Assessment Commission hearing into the Wilpinjong extension.
