The Mudgee View Club held its monthly meeting and luncheon on Friday, August 4 with two very special visitors, the national president Gwen Wilton and the national vice president Toni Thomas.

They were very impressed with the clubs achievements to sponsor children through their school years.
The guest speaker was Peter Rohr who spoke about his work at Head Space, which aids and advises young adolescents and adults up-to about the age of 25 in any difficulties that they may have.
Esther Burns is leaving the club and moving as she says “to a warmer climate in Goonellabah”, the club will miss her and her tireless work, “we wish her all the best in her new home”.
She is planning to join the View Club in her new district.
An impressive display of reading rugs were on-display, which were made and donated by View members.
The next meeting will be on Friday, September 8 at the Mudgee Golf Club from 11:30am.
