The streaming platform CBS All Access is reviving the iconic anthology series The Twilight Zone. The series, which aired originally between 1959 and 1964, delved into the science fiction and horror genres and at the time was considered a groundbreaking program. The original series was created and presented by Rod Serling. CBS owns the series rights and will tailor the reboot for its streaming service CBS All Access; in Australia the series will most likely be part of that platform's 2018 launch. The reboot will be produced for CBS by actor/writer/producer Jordan Peele. It will join a slate of CBS All Access titles which includes Star Trek: Discovery, The Good Fight and the US reboot of the Stan comedy No Activity.
