The club will be holding a dinner at the Mudgee Golf Club on March 31, with reservations closing on February 28.
Before the dinner the club plans to run a display day where all memorabilia will be put on show, honouring the illustrious history of the club.
Public officer, Mike Brydon would also like all executive members from 1998-2013 to make themselves known as the club plans to put up an honour board for past and current committee members.
Throughout this time period, minute books and other documents were misplaced, creating obscurity over past roles within the club.
Mike has been involved with the club since 1983 and hopes to see plenty of faces next March, not just to showcase memorabilia but to celebrate 50 years of existence.
If you are in possession of memorabilia and wish to have it showcased or donate it to the club, here are the best contacts:
Mike Brydon – 63723675 or 0458529524, Jim Underwood –63721876 or 0407292211, Ian Rhodes –0429721646 and Adam Sutherland – 0499777744.
Mike, Jim, Ian and Adam have all been involved with the club for over a decade and currently hold public officer positions with the club.
