Less than a week after the former Maroons great announced his attendance to the Moolarben Celebrity Golf Classic, Laurie Daley put his hand up for a day on the course as well.
The pair played each other nearly 30 years ago in the ninth State of Origin event and have been frequent golfers since then.
Not only has Daley put his name on the list, so has Wallabies legend George Gregan who will also travel to the Mid-Western region on February 2.
While tickets for the dinner are sold out, residents are more than welcome to visit the course at Mudgee to watch the celebrities run around.
“If they want to get a look of them playing they’re more than welcome to come down,” said Mudgee Golf Pro Peter Mayson.
