The Sydney Puppet Theatre presents ‘Oh Rats’ at the Mudgee Town Hall Theatre on April 23 from 11am-12pm. Recommended for ages 4+, tickets are $5.50 and can be purchased online via the library website. Also keep an eye out for the autumn school holiday program which has lots of puppet-themed crafts and stories for the kids.

Lego club is back!! All sessions are free and run across all our branches. In partnership with Ability Links, LiveBetter and Mid-Western Regional Council Library, all abilities Lego club will be running in the third week of each month at the following locations:
- Mudgee Library – April 19, May 17, June 21,
- Gulgong Library – April 17, May 15, June 19, and
- Kandos Library - April 18, May 16, June 20.
Lego club will be run at the following times: 2-3pm for under 5yrs (requires parent supervision) and 3.30-4.30pm for school age children.
On March 19, our new Mobile Library van was officially launched at Ulan Public School. Covered in eye-catching and spectacular decals, our new van will travel to primary schools, nursing homes, housebound residents and outlying villages to ensure access to library resources for our entire community. New release movies screen at the Mudgee Town Hall Cinema on the first weekend of every month. April 6, 7, 8 screenings are Finding Your Feet and Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle.
