The event attracted over 60 paddlers from all over the Central West with people heading to Mudgee from Dubbo, Parkes, Orange and Illawarra.
Three boats took to the water to participate in the first leg of the challenge, 12 kilometres in length, then topped of the event heading in a different direction for the remaining eight kilometres.
Safety was addressed with SES boats following closely behind the paddlers.
The event was held on Saturday, October 6 at Cudgegong Waters Park, Windamere Dam.
