The performers have been working with supervisor Linda Field since around April to rehearse their songs and dances.
With the help of Bruce and Lyndell Kurtz and with Colin Jones as MC, they sang Australian folk songs like Click Go The Shears and Five Miles from Gundagai, as well as favourites like Skippy The Bush Kangaroo and hits by Lee Kernaghan, John Farnham and Men At Work.
The Locomotion had everyone up and dancing.
Linda, who performed her own song What Is About This Country?, said the concert was a real team effort.
She said she was delighted to see that clients who were once shy and reluctant to go on stage now couldn’t wait to get behind the microphone.
“They have found their voice and that had just made me so proud to see,” she said.
