The home side got their campaign off to a good start when they beat Gulgong 12-nil in the local derby and backed up to beat visiting Cobar 8-4.
Also in Round 1; Warren 12 defeated Gilgandra 0; Coonamble 12 defeated Coonabarabran 8; Baradine 10 defeated Trangie 4.
Dunedoo booked their place in the decider with a 16-nil win over Baradine, while champs Warren won through as first scorers in their 4-all draw with Coonamble.
In the repechage games; Gilgandra 8 defeated Gulgong 4; Cobar 12 defeated Trangie 4; Coonabrabran 8 defeated Gilgandra 4.
With Cobar 14 defeated Coonabarabran 4 in the final.

This Saturday (March 25) will see the men’s knockout tournament in Baradine, the final pre-season hit out before the first round on April 1.
