In a coup for the Cudgegong Learning Community, Dr Carr-Gregg’s will deliver a talk open to all Mudgee parents, grandparents and carers titled “Building happy and resilient young people”. The workshop is on Sunday, April 23 in the Mudgee Public School hall, beginning at 4pm.
In his talk, Dr Carr-Gregg will address the kinds of things that carers need to know about millennial parenting, covering the latest advice on managing online safety, sleep, diet and substance use.
Dr Carr-Gregg will offer his insights into the strong connection that exists between well-being and learning.
