Tracey brings a huge amount of enthusiasm and passion for the health of the Dunedoo community, and is excited to be running classes suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.
To celebrate the arrival, and to encourage participation, Dunedoo residents are invited to attend a free Active Farmer class at the Robertson Footy Oval on Sunday, May 21.
Designed especially for farmers and smaller communities with limited access to fitness expertise and equipment, Active Farmers provides motivational, challenging and fun training sessions to help promote great physical health and mental health.
Active Farmers was established almost 2 years ago and after a recent joint venture with Delta Agribusiness, is hoping to expand to as many country towns as possible; working together to improve physical and mental health across the board.
The class will be followed by a gold coin donation breakfast, with all money raised going towards the recent bushfire victims.
