A timely reminder is needed for local artists to dust off their painting gear, cameras and clay and to begin work. The popular Hill Tops Art Exhibition is holding its 14th annual exhibition, with a twist, there will be no judging. The Anglican Parish of Rylstone-Kandos will have the exhibition at the St James Hall, 45 Mudgee Street, Rylstone on the weekend of October 27-30. All  welcome to exhibit their works.
