Lithgow Police said Clayton Beck was located on the Central Coast on the morning of Thursday, September 7.
Clayton was found staying with relatives in the Gosford area.
“We can confirm he has been located safe and well,” police said.
“No further action is needed from the public and, we'd like to thank the public for their assistance, especially sharing the appeal on Facebook.”
Police sent out an appeal for public assistance after the 11-year-old went missing on Tuesday afternoon.
Clayton Beck was last seen riding his bicycle on Lidsdale Street, Wallerawang, at about 3.45pm on Tuesday, September 5.

Officers attached to Chifley Local Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries.
Clayton suffers from a medical condition and family hold serious concerns for his welfare.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of thin build and with brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a blue hooded jumper, blue ‘ADIDAS’ pants and was riding a black BMX bicycle with a white helmet.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts or who sights him is urged to contact Crime Stoppers immediately.
