William Moxey will conduct a large combined choir consisting of the Mudgee-based Cudgegong Choir, alongside the Allegri Singers, the Willoughby Singers, and members of All Saints’ Cathedral choir with vocal soloists from within and beyond the Central West region, namely soprano Ayse Goknor Shanal, mezzo-soprano Nyssa Milligan, tenor Michael Butchard and bass Mark Brooker.
And the Bathurst Chamber Orchestra, which will be supplemented with four wind players, two trumpeters and continuo.
The Messiah performance – one of the best known and most frequently performed choral works in the western world - will be repeated at Bathurst Anglican Cathedral on Sunday, November 12.
