Gulgong Golf Club held their annual Corporate Day last Saturday, with the top two teams making it family affairs with multiple generations teaming up for the event.

Thirty-three teams of three participated in the three-person Ambrose on the day.
The winners on 63 points were three generations of the Thompson family, Cliff (84 years of age) his son Michael and Michael’s son Lachlan.
Runners up on 64 points were Paul Nagle, his son Jeff and Tony Harrison - both teams were sponsored by the Gulgong Bowling Club.
Also on 64 points were Noel Chapman, Steve Barns and David Lane sponsored by – Gulgong RSL Club - who came third on a count back.
Over 100 people attended the presentation dinner at the RSL Club.
Which was followed by an auction of prizes all donated by the business houses of Gulgong and Mudgee.
All proceeds from this successful event will be donated to the Rural Fire Service and the Gulgong Hospital Auxiliary.
