They were joint winners of the ‘Boutique Agency of the Year (Regional)’ award with Griffith Real Estate and Alyse Pilley won ‘Agent Achiever of the Year (Regional)’, a category that the Property Shop’s David Goldring was also a finalist in.
The Property Shop director, Andrew Palmer, said that it’s a satisfying result because it’s among Australasia's leading network of independent agencies.
“It’s particularly pleasing to be recognised as a leader among these businesses, following a year when our whole sales team delivered outstanding results across the market,” he said.
“It was wonderful to see Alyse Pilley win the Agent Achiever of the Year (Regional). She also delivered a presentation in front of around 500 of her peers during the training seminar. It was a well deserved industry recognition for the results she delivers for her clients.”
The ARERAs recognise the achievements of the top performing independent real estate agents throughout Australia and across the Tasman and is run by the Real estate Results Network (RERN) – with more than 1200 members.
