Dance showcased 1,781 amazing performances, enjoyed throughout the week by 977 audience members. 12 dance schools participated in the dance group day and all would not have been possible without the amazing team of volunteers.
The eisteddfod committee would like to all who supported our eisteddfod by watching, participating and volunteering.
Aussie Country Catering were great for supporting the eisteddfod again this year with providing panels to make change rooms for our dancers.
A special thank you to Mid-Western Regional Council for supporting the eisteddfod in 2018 through the Events Assistance Program.
Their continued support enables the Eisteddfod Committee to host the eisteddfod throughout the month of May, showcasing and encouraging the development of young talent in our region and beyond whist encouraging visitors to Gulgong.
The showcase of talent continues with speech running from May 18 to 21, Music from May 23 to 25 and concludes with the Gala Concert followed by the Roger Woodward Playoff which will be held Friday evening May 25, from 7pm at the Gulgong Prince of Wales Opera House.
Members of the community are invited to come along.
