Tiaratahs’ captain Emma Ashford knows her team is capable of bouncing back but isn’t counting out a Lithgow side that will be hungry at home.
Lithgow always come fired up on the field and we love to play them,” Ashford said.
“It gets so competitive on the field but we’re all friends when the game finishes.
“Last week we were down six players and I think we held our own very well.
“There are definitely some attacking aspects that we need to work on.”
