Neil Howland returned to sensational form, outscoring his competition on 25 points during the 10-hole event.
Ian Morgan ran second with 22 points which would normally be enough to finish on top.
Ball winners were Bruce, Gary, Keith, Brian, Terry, Lance and Graeme.
