Jackson, who was announced as the skipper at the Bulldogs at the beginning of 2018, has played all 20 games for his club during its disappointing six-win season and played a key role in Thursday’s 36-22 boilover against the Brisbane Broncos at ANZ Stadium.
The Mid-Western product carried the ball 17 times for 119 metres, while accruing 30 tackles.
Jackson ranks fourth among active second rowers for tackles made with a whopping 695 so far in 2018 and boasts a 94 percent successful tackle rate.
