If you would like to know more about Parkinson’s, come to a meeting of the local support group. Living with Parkinson’s can be isolating and meeting other people who understand can have a positive impact.
Once a month a small friendly group of people with Parkinson’s and their carers meet in Mudgee for mutual support. Meetings are informal and always good fun, sometimes they have a guest speakers who share their knowledge about health, nutrition, exercise and anything that may help a person living with Parkinson’s.
Meetings are held every second month, on the second Wednesday, from 2pm at Club Mudgee. For more information contact June Ritar on 6374 2846.
