Mudgee High School’s Rainbow Day is this week (September 27), as the tradition of students fundraising before graduating reaches its sixteenth year.
The class of 2018 are raising money for the Mudgee’s National Association of Loss and Grief (NALAG), and Lifeskills.
Rainbow Day will begin with stations scattered throughout Mudgee with the hope that generous drivers will pull over and donate.

Drivers who donate to the stations next Thursday are reminded that their vehicles need to be stopped in the bays marked out with witches hats.
The students can’t cross the road to collect donations.
Rainbow Day started in 2002 as an alternative to 'Muck Up Day' and now raises money for an organisations or causes voted on by each year group.
