The wall was erected by the Pink Up Mudgee Committee to allow friends and family to pay respect to and remember those lost to breast cancer.
Organiser, Hugh Bateman said it was an emotional time for many with ribbons, flowers or photos for 21 local women who have died as a result of breast cancer placed on the wall.
“The wall achieved exactly what the committee had set out to do, that being, to give people an opportunity to express their respect and at least gain some solace,” he said.
“We now have 180 retail businesses registered for Pink Up Mudgee.”
The Wall will remain up over the remainder of October.
