The 2018 - Rylstone StreetFeast will be held from 10am. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the district and sample the diverse range of local foods, produce, wines, art and craftwork. As always there will be plenty to see and do with the street market and buskers providing live entertainment from 10am. Bag a bargain, find a treasure, or just sit and enjoy! There will be live music centre stage throughout the afternoon. Children are most welcome and there will be lots of stalls, displays, and activities to keep them entertained, including a Jumping Castle and Face Painting. In addition to the daytime festivities in the main street on Saturday, there is live entertainment in the pubs and clubs in the evening until late.

Golden Women shines the light on amazing women of the Central West goldfields, exploring little known stories of the complex and diverse journeys and lives of some amazing women who travelled to lands unknown.
Hosted by Kim Deacon in the historic village of Hill End, this multimedia presentation, using sound, text, light, moving image and live music, travels to several locations around the village, exploring the powerful contribution women made to the harsh, frontier landscapes.
Throughout the presentation, Kim will be performing songs she composed to poems by Louisa Lawson, Judith Wright, Mary Gilmore and Glen Tomasetti on various harps and piano. This is a one hour walking tour between four venues, but can be car driven between the venues which include; the Presbyterian Church, Miners' Assay Office, Great Western Store and Royal Hall.

Youth Off The Streets is inviting the Mudgee community to come out for free food, activities and support as our Mobile Youth Centre travels across rural NSW. Our convoy will arrive in Mudgee on the corner of Perry and Dennison Street at 3pm to run games and activities for the local community until 7pm. By connecting with the local community in drought affected areas, Youth Off The Streets is hoping to bring an afternoon of fun and deliver goods to those in need and teach young people about the value of giving back.

Mudgee Performing Arts' latest production, Noises Off, is a hilarious comedy by Michael Frayn, directed by Helen McLennan, a complicated bedroom farce with an aging star, a dipsomaniac, a clumsy bombshell, and a befuddled actor.
Audiences will be in stitches as they watch the antics Kathryn Malone, Scott Etherington, Sam Paine, Renee French, Ben Monger, Josie McConnell, Alison Nipperess, Chris Gardner and Will Paine both on and off stage.
Noises Off will be presented at Mudgee Town Hall Theatre on November 9,10, 14,16 and17. Tickets are available from http://www.mpas.org.au or at the door.

Newcastle Permanent’s Cinema Under the Stars is returning to light up the night in Mudgee for its fifth time. The FREE, family friendly event will be held at Glen Willow Sports Centre and will feature the blockbuster movie, Paddington 2, rated PG. Entertainment will get underway from 5.30pm with great live music, kids activities including a circus workshop and football activities, and once the sun goes down the screen will light up for the feature movie. Entry is free for everyone and people are encouraged to bring along their picnic rugs and picnics, or purchase food and non-alcoholic drinks at the event as they soak up the magical atmosphere of watching a popular family film in the great outdoors.
