The 2018 exhibition featured nine pieces from students; Faith Douglas-Williams; Travis Clarkson; Brock Coleman; Bayley Mason; Bailey McMurtrie; Addison Roberts; Jack Swords; Hayden Woods; and Barry Nemeth.
Phil Petrie said that with 141 votes in people’s choice category this was one of the biggest editions of the awards, which the community anticipate each year.
“We’ve been running these awards since 2011 and we’re really pleased to be associated and give some recognition and support to the young people in the community,” he said.
“This generates a huge amount of interest and the public appreciate the amount of work that has gone into these works.
“And that’s not just parents and those who are directly involved but the general public as well, we’re always being asked if we’re having the exhibition.”
