Cameron Crockett claimed first in the Newhaven Park Class 3 Handicap (Scaled - 0.5kg) (1375 metres) with The Warlord, ahead of Meraki Miss who place third and Kingsbridge fifth in the 1375 metre run. Christo ran third in the Dr Geoffrey Spriggee Memorial Maiden Plate (1375 metres) for Cameron Crockett.
Cheryl Crockett had Mackellar’s Love run second in the Cowra Lamb Cowra Cup (1700 metres) with Mathew Cahill in the saddle.
Meanwhile, Brett Thompson had Future Road run 13th in the Jamieson’s Joinery Benchmark 58 Handicap (1200 metres), Sugar Dance ninth in the Breakout River Meats Cowra Japan Cup (1200 metres), Kenneth seventh in the Pepper Tree Farm Equine Clinic Maiden Handicap (1200 metres), and Moon Over Menah eighth in the Ronald McDonald House Orange - 3YO Plate (1100 metres).
