Mudgee Farmers Markets. Fresh is Best - For all your fresh food needs, on from 8.30am-12.30pm in the grounds of St Mary’s Church this Saturday. Summer vegetables, Dexter beef, free range eggs, handmade relishes and sauces, nuts, plants, sour dough bread, olive oil and table olives are all in abundance. So be sure to bring those shopping bags and get in early to beat the heat. Grab a coffee and have a chat with the creators of all this goodness!

Come dancing at St John’s Anglican church hall, Mudgee. From 7pm to 11pm. Old time dancing and anything goes. $10 per person.

Mudgee Hospital Auxiliary monthly meeting will be held on March 13 at the Junior Rugby League Hall on Lewis street, next to the hospital at 2:30pm. All welcome to attend.

Coming up
Glen Willow Stadium in Mudgee will host the first ever Mudgee Night Glow on Saturday, May 25. The evening will include a family friendly night market offering some of the region’s best food, wine and hand-made crafts, along with live musical performances to entertain you.
The festivities will also include roving performers, face-painting and jumping castles to keep kids of all ages entertained.
This event is all about lighting up the night so glow-in-the-dark t-shirts, glasses, headbands and other glow items will all be available for purchase during the event so that you can ‘Get your glow on’.
There will be various hot air balloons on display during the night including special-shape balloons that are sure to delight.
The main event will be the spectacular balloon Night Glow which will see hot air balloons inflated and tethered in the Glen Willow Stadium. For tickets visit www.eventbrite.com.au.
