Rylstone’s “Pepino’s” Mexican Restaurant
Grant and Holly Harris moved from Sydney four years ago and bought a small property, just out of Rylstone. After many years working in and owning Mexican Restaurants, the couple toyed with the idea of starting a restaurant in Rylstone. When the ideal building, on the corner of Cudgegong and Louee streets became available, they seized the chance. Their opening night (last Saturday) will be a steep learning curve for new staff and shop facilities. Grant and Holly have a BYO licence and you can check the wine menu. The Pepino’s menu is extensive, containing Nachos, Guacamole, Taquitos, Burritos, Chimichanga, Fajitas plus side salads, beans, etc. The starters are mouth watering and you can finish your meal with desert. Pepino’s will be opening Thursday to Sunday from 5pm to late for dinner and then lunch will be done when everything is working properly. You can check Pepino’s on Facebook or phone 0458888359
