Sadly many of these students are given money by their parents to go to fast food outlets filled with climate wrecking containers (money that could be used for good).
Also, for many, their parents still don't take reusable bags to the supermarket and walk out with multiple plastic bags that end up in waterways and choke native wildlife.
People can't blame the government when they are not practising what they preach.
