Crowds traditionally flock to Logan's award-winning tasting room over Easter to take in the stunning views and sample winemaker Peter Logan's new vintage releases. This year there's even more reason to visit, with live musicians in residence daily along with Nighthawk's lust-worthy menu of deliciously satisfying fare.
"I'm a tragic Nighthawk fan and can't wait for them to arrive at Logan," admits Peter. "I first tasted Nighthawk's signature Philly cheesesteak at their bricks and mortar venue in Chippendale last year and haven't stopped plotting how to get the team to Logan since."

"We want to create a chilled weekend of mouth-wateringly good food and wine. Guests can taste the full suite of our Logan, Ridge of Tears, Clementine and Weemala wines, purchase a bottle or glass of wine and venture out to the lawn to order food and enjoy the live music - or do it the other way round if they prefer," explains Peter.
Nighthawk Diner's chef, Alistair Fogg, lived in North America for much of his 20s where he perfected his signature take on classic Americana fare. He and his team will bring some of their most popular dishes to Logan for the Easter weekend, including the Nighthawk cheeseburger, fried chicken sandwiches, Baja salmon tacos and cheesy fries.
Breakfast hasn't been left off the menu, with diner-style coffee available all day from Nighthawk and its buttermilk pancakes with fresh banana and Nutella giving the standard Easter egg a run for its money in the chocolate stakes.
Inside the Logan Tasting Room, Peter will be hosting tastings of his new vintage releases, including the 2016 Vintage 'M' Cuvée and inaugural 2018 Weemala Sauvignon Blanc.
