During the broadcast audience members can engage with the Festival, by submitting questions via Twitter and SMS to the some of the world's leading writers and intellectuals on stage.
The 2019 authors featured include; Meg Wolitzer, author of The Wife, which was recently made into the award-winning film starring Glenn Close; Andrew Sean Greer, who penned bestsellers The Confessions of Max Tivoli and the 2018 novel Less; and Leigh Sales, one of Australia's most respected journalists. Along with Hedley Thomas, Manal al-Sharif, and David Marr.
