That's what Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service community liaison officer Danny Eather says about the upcoming League and Legends dinner that's to be held on Saturday, May 18.
The event that is run in partnership with NSW Mining, will give a warm welcome to the Newcastle Knights ahead of their round 10 clash against the St George Illawarra Dragons with some familiar faces set to make an appearance.
Former Knights Kurt Gidley, Billy Peden, Coach Nathan Brown, Rescue Helicopter Service CEO Richard Jones, veteran aircrew officer Graham Nickisson, and a surprise current Knights player will be attending.
"Given that the Knights have some popular all-stars in their line up, I'm sure it'll be someone that is of note. We'll just have to wait and see," Eather said.

For Westpac, the dinner is a way to distribute extended knowledge on what their helicopter service is all about combined with rugby league tales.
For us it's two things. It's the engagement with the community and providing an understanding of what the rescue helicopter service does. It's one to see the helicopters fly in but it's another thing of getting an education about what we do.
- Danny Eather
"It's also to keep the service in flight. Since 1975, we've been there as the rescue helicopter service and not a single person has paid to be assisted and that's something we very much hold close, it's the core essence of what the service is about."
The event hosted by Ken Sutcliffe at the Mudgee Golf Club, will cost $80 per ticket for a three course dinner with tickets purchased at https://bit.ly/2VVrYC7.
"If you want to get out, got an interest in rugby league, come along and enjoy the night," Eather said.
"It's going to be a night of getting the feel of the Newcastle Knights and some of the old players from the old times."
