The Year 10 students from Kandos High School, Gulgong High School, St Mathew's Catholic School, and Mudgee High School, displayed their creative spirit through art, video, singing, story, and writing.
Representatives from their schools joined Club Mudgee CEO Maureen Hutchison and the program's community coaches, in cheering on the young adults as they presented their pieces.
Max Potential program manager Damian Walsh said the young adults' personal expressions were an inspiration.
"The presentations highlighted the young adults' personal development since the program commenced in February," he said.
"We have seen a growth in their confidence and a recognition of how applying the Max Potential principles has made a positive difference."
As it turned out, the workshop was held during National Volunteer Week and Damian recognised the commitment of the community volunteer coaches.
"The Max Potential program relies on the contribution of volunteers from across the community who work one on one with the students and at a series of workshops," he noted.
"Our volunteers are an essential part of the program and we recognise their commitment to the program and the young adults."
Furthermore, their community service project - a major part of their experience in the program - involves them giving back to the region by planning and carrying out their own volunteering assignment.
This is the 13th year that the leadership development program has been run in the local region.
The final session is the Showcase Expo of the young adults' Max Potential journeys, based around a display of their community service projects, demonstrating their creative talents and personal growth.
It will be held at Club Mudgee on the evening of Friday, August 2.

Getting to know you better
Over the coming weeks - and leading up to the Showcase - the young adults will share the successes, challenges and learning experiences with the Max Potential program in a series of profile pieces.
They'll discuss; why they decided to take part; what goals they're working on; and what they hope to get out of the program and if it's already making a difference in areas such as study.
As well as how their coaches are helping them along the way - the adage with MaxPotential is that the coaches learn just as much as the young adults.
Also what their plans are for their Community Service Project, including getting the word out for those that locals can be a part of.
